Sandra Carroll Environmental Consulting is an environmental services firm with a commitment to quality, technical excellence, and respect for each client’s unique project requirements.  Principal Scientist Sandra Carroll, Ph.D. is an environmental toxicologist with over 20 years of experience designing and managing environmental projects.  We formed Sandra L. Carroll, LLC in 2014 to provide clients with a high level of technical skill and customized service.  Client-centered environmental consulting is the focus of our business.

Concise and frequent communications – we emphasize careful listening, responsiveness in our communications, and creative problem solving for each client and every project.  We are building long-term relationships with our clients and collaborators.

Elements we have found to be crucial for the successful completion of a project – diligence and concern for each project’s timeline, budget, and quality assurance requirements.  We focus on follow through, attention to detail, and a sincere commitment to quality.

We build cooperative relationships to achieve results.  We work closely with clients to ensure the best possible outcome for regulatory compliance and with regulatory agency specialists to clearly understand the requirements.  We have a strong network of positive working relationships with environmental professionals.  This allows us to collaborate with all stakeholders in a project – clients, project teams, and agencies, and to complete projects more efficiently.
